Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team at CodeFacts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design challenges, ensuring a seamless user experience. This role requires someone who is open to learning and is motivated to grow within the dynamic environment of a leading software development company.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the products direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges.
Create responsive designs and ensure consistent user experience across all devices.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
Conduct user research and evaluate feedback.
Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:

0-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, user interface design, and user experience principles.
Understanding of basic front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision).
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
